Jucloud Terms of Service

1. Service and account

Jucloud is an online workspace for writing and developing scripts and stories. Features, availability, pricing, limits and supported platforms may change as the product, technical environment or legal requirements change.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Users under the age of majority must use the service with a parent or guardian where required.

2. Your content and AI features

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit, create or store in Jucloud. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display to you and transmit that content to perform the features you choose.

When you start an AI, analysis, import, adaptation, image or video task, the prompts, project material and outputs needed for that task may be processed by Jucloud and the provider supporting the task. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review outputs before relying on, publishing or using them commercially.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, bypass usage or payment limits, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means in a way that creates unreasonable load or risk.

We may investigate suspected misuse and, where reasonably necessary, warn you, restrict a feature, remove content, suspend an account or report matters to competent authorities. We will act consistently with applicable law and the nature of the issue.

4. Fees, memberships and credits

Paid features, memberships and credits are subject to the price, scope, validity period and payment information shown when you place an order. Credits and feature quotas are digital service entitlements, not cash, deposits or transferable financial assets.

Refunds, renewal, cancellation and the treatment of consumed credits are governed by the Membership and Recharge Terms and any mandatory law that applies to your purchase. We do not enable automatic renewal without a clear pre-purchase disclosure and authorization.

5. Intellectual property

Jucloud, its software, interfaces, branding and other service materials are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit. You are responsible for the legality, rights clearance and intended use of content you create, publish or share.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an ongoing basis, but may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party infrastructure, security incidents, legal requirements or events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Jucloud is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss arising from your use of AI outputs.

7. Service changes, interruption and termination

Jucloud may adjust, suspend, interrupt or terminate some services because of business development, maintenance, upgrades, security controls, compliance requirements, changes to third-party services or force majeure. Except for urgent security action, regulatory requirements and system failures, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice through announcements, in-service messages, page notices or other reasonable means.

If you have not signed in for a prolonged period, close your account, materially breach these Terms or platform rules, create legal or security risk, consume resources maliciously or harm others' rights, we may limit, suspend or terminate all or part of the service and retain necessary records.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jucloud is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or absolutely secure service, or that AI output, import and adaptation results, Script Doctor reports, format conversions or exports will be accurate, complete, meet every expectation or fit a particular commercial purpose.

For loss caused by matters outside Jucloud's sole reasonable control, including network or device failures, third-party payment or login failures, cloud interruptions, model-service fluctuation, attacks, malware, force majeure, regulatory requirements, user error, account sharing or inadequate input quality, we will provide reasonable assistance but are not liable beyond what applicable law requires.

You are responsible for the legality, originality, ownership, suitability, commercial risk, review risk and third-party disputes connected with content you create, revise, publish, trade, film, register or distribute through Jucloud. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jucloud's aggregate liability for a dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order; for a free service, it is limited to RMB 100. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Complaints, reports and infringement notices

If you find unlawful or infringing content, account misuse, payment anomalies, a content-safety issue or another rights dispute, contact us through the feedback function, our official channels, service@jucloud.com or another published support channel.

A complaint or infringement notice should include proof of rights, identity information, the location of the reported content, a statement of facts and contact information. We will handle complete and valid materials according to applicable law and may ask for more information or decline incomplete, unclear or bad-faith reports.

10. Updates and governing law

We may revise these Terms in response to law, regulatory requirements, product changes or operational needs. Revisions will be posted or notified through the service or another reasonable means. Continued use after an effective revision constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the court with jurisdiction where the Jucloud operating entity is located. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
